HSA / FSA Accounts
Delray Eye Associates, P.A. is pleased to work with you to make your eye health affordable. We accept various insurances, as well as your Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), as convenient payment methods for your eye care needs. Our fees are comparable to those charged by other ophthalmologists in the area. We require payment at the time of service. At the end of your visit, you will receive an itemized statement, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
As a courtesy to our Medicare patients, we accept assignment for patients with Traditional Medicare for all covered services and will submit the claims for those services ( this excludes Medicare replacement plans).
By law patients are required to pay the 20% co-insurance and any unmet deductibles, as well as any non-covered services, such as refraction. Delray Eye Associates, PA does not participate with any other insurance plans.
